How will be payment be done?

For us to initialize the building phase, you may either:

  1. Pay a 50% or more deposit if you do not plan to buy the parts yourself and send them for building.

  2. Have purchased the parts yourself and have sent them to us.

For payments, we currently accept Venmo, Zelle, or cash. You will be given a Purchase ID to link to your Venmo/Zelle description.

As full payment, we will need the cost that covers the PC as well as the package cost. Payment can be given before the delivery phase or before the hands-off phase.

How long will it take for my PC to finish?

If you have chosen the first option above, we will start as soon as all the main parts have been delivered to us. After that, you will be given a notice when we start building your PC and the PC should be done within 3-5 business days.

If you have chosen Package 3, you can expect a longer time as we want to take the time to design your PC with care and consideration.

How will my PC be delivered to me?

We will deliver your PC personally to you if you are within Santa Clara. Should we determine we cannot deliver your PC personally, we will ask for a shipping cost along with an address.

Why should I choose Package 2 over Package 1?

Package 2 covers necessary software installations to make sure that you have everything you need, which can be a confusing process for those opting for Package 1.

AIO Liquid Coolers also require more care for installation as well as potentially being more complex in wiring depending on the model. If you like your aesthetics, then an AIO Liquid cooler is recommended, especially the NZXT Kraken Elite RGB, which gives you the popular LCD screen that you can customize.

What is Package 3?

Package 3 is as abstract as it can be. You give us a theme, and we will do our best to try to fit your vision through our design process. Here are some examples of what might come out of Package 3

  1. You asked for a cherry blossom theme, and you don’t want it to just be pink RGBs.

  2. You asked for a Naruto theme, and you don’t want it to be just that LCD showing Naruto running.

  3. You asked for a boba theme, but you don’t want to use a pre-designed case with a boba print on it.

What if I want a return?

Unfortunately, we cannot do any returns as we are service-based and make PCs by order.

During the planning phase, we will let you know with transparency why we have chosen the parts and what they mean for you and your experience. Once your PC has been delivered, we’ll also send you some tips on how to manage your PC to make sure it lasts long. Advanced guidance will need to be sent as a consultation request.

If any parts seem to have broken during its warranty period, please let us know so we can switch it out right away without any additional costs.

Will I be able to send my PC in for upgrades in the future?

Yes! You may want new parts to fit your new aesthetic, or you just need more storage space. In that case, we encourage you to send in your PC for an upgrade with an upgrade cost + service cost. We do hope that shouldn’t be needed because we believe PCs should be future-proofed at the design phase.
